Per nostra azienda cliente importante player del settore Servizi / Automotive siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Controlling Manager a diretto riporto del CFO e che gestirà il team dedicato al controllo di gestione. Principali responsabilità: Analisi della performance economico-finanziaria e monitoraggio degli indicatori di business. Controllo dei costi e analisi della marginalità per area di business; Reporting finanziario e supporto al management nelle decisioni strategiche e collaborazione con diverse funzioni aziendali per garantire efficienza operativa; Monitoraggio e coordinamento delle attività svolte dai Controller; Analisi di produttività per settore e su commessa con sviluppo e adattamento dei relativi Template Analisi statistiche del portafoglio cliente sia per lo sviluppo report sia per la marginalità. Redazione di Budget e Forecast; Responsabile dei progetti ad hoc legati all’implementazione di processi e procedure per il controllo di gestione. Profilo Ricercato Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale Esperienza di almeno 5/7 anni in Controllo di Gestione, sarà considerato un plus aver già coordinato anche per brevi periodi delle risorse; Esperienza in contesti industriali o Commerciali; Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Sede di Lavoro: Milano Bollate RIF: AL56037 Intermedia Selection, società leader in Italia nella ricerca e selezione di professional e middle management, è presente in Italia con più di 35 consulenti tra gli uffici di Milano e Roma.
