AIEM SRL – QHSE Supervisor (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Specialist) AIEM SRL is an EPC general contractor operating in the renewable energy sector (PV), MEP (Mechanical‑Electrical‑Plumbing) and energy efficiency (EE) across Italy. The company is partnered with one of the world’s largest private equity infrastructure funds. We are seeking a QHSE Supervisor to support the management of quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) policies across construction sites. Industry: Renewable energy & EPC general contracting. Role Title: QHSE Supervisor (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Specialist). Key responsibilities: Manage, monitor and steward the quality‑environment‑safety management system ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 at construction sites. Develop, implement and maintain safety programs to prevent incidents and accidents on the job site. Maintain an active presence at the site to monitor safety, identify risks and define preventive measures. Support the QHSE department in validating the technical‑professional suitability of subcontractors, gathering and analysing required documentation for site access. Collect reports on correct behaviour of on‑site personnel or subcontracted firms, produce the requisite minutes and ensure compliance with company procedures. Assist in drafting POS, DUVRI and other HSE documentation. Participate in coordination meetings with the CSE and in operational safety inspections. Issue and manage Non‑Conformities, corrective/preventive actions and reporting. Support internal audits and contribute to training and awareness activities for HSE topics. Verify environmental compliance, manage waste, monitor emissions and consumption, reducing environmental impact. Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Site Manager on critical planning activities (high‑angle work, excavations, lifting, electrical works, etc.). Core competencies: Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills. Team‑oriented work style. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in QHSE roles on construction sites, preferably in EPC, industrial construction or renewable energy. In‑depth knowledge of national and European health, safety and environmental regulations. Robust understanding of ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 systems. Experience with large‑scale utility PV plants and associated infrastructure (medium/low‑voltage networks, cabinets, trackers, DC/AC modules). Proficiency with the Office / Google Workspace and HSE platforms. Good command of English. Willingness to travel short distances across Italy, and when required to the main office in Rovigo (45100 RO). Valid driver’s licence (B). Preferred qualifications: ASPP qualification and D.Lgs. 81/08 courses (high‑angle work, carts, cranes, HSE). Auditor certifications ISO 9001/14001/45001. PES/PAV (CEI 11‑27), fire‑fighting levels 2/3, first aid. Experience in public procurement, multi‑lot sites or contracts with a General Contractor. Contract: Full‑time, Monday to Friday.
