In the Mediolanum Group, you are offered more than a job: the opportunity to contribute to positive change and grow together with us.PositionBanker Consultant – Programma Mediolanum Next (Location: Mestre, Province of Venice)ResponsibilitiesAs a young graduate or recent graduate, you will join an experienced financial consultant through a structured programme that includes a theoretical and experiential training plan designed by Mediolanum Corporate University.Optimize the untapped potential of the joint-portfolio of clients by building direct relationships to understand their situation and needs, and supporting them with the bank’s solutions and services.Propose appropriate solutions in wealth and financial planning: savings management, mortgages, loans, investments, insurance and protection, banking services.Contribute to the increasing use of technological tools, digital channels and any form of digitalisation available to the network and clients.Manage assigned clients through all stages of the relationship (from position analysis to proposal formulation to final investment execution) in full autonomy, respecting guidelines provided by the Senior in terms of relationship and operation.Develop portfolio management with excellent service that anticipates client needs by planning the consultancy activity.Interact with the local operational structure and the head office, independently leveraging support from specialist figures (e.g. Credit & Protection Specialists).RequirementsEnrolled or graduated in economic-scientific, legal or political science subjects with a passion for financial markets.Good knowledge of the English language.Enthusiasm, ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent relational skills, proactivity, intellectual curiosity, propensity for sharing and collaborative attitude.LocationProvince: Venice (Mestre)EEO & DiversityGruppo Mediolanum is committed to guaranteeing equal treatment to all candidates in accordance with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
