In 4 years, we have:Deployed +550 stations and over 2000 fast‑charging pointsSecured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European marketOpened several offices in France and EuropeRaised over €1 billion in equity and debt financingJoined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale‑up of the Year 2024 awardAssembled a team of over 240 talents and this is just the beginningYour MissionsYou will be working in the Maintenance Team under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. As our first Flying Doctor in Italy, you will play a key role in network operations by ensuring the highest level of availability of our charging stations. You will be the technical expert of our stations, handling maintenance independently or with our partners.Your ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on DC chargers, low and high voltage electrical installations, and connectivity devices.Conduct routine visits to ensure proper functioning of equipment and high‑quality service.Troubleshoot and analyse technical problems remotely and on‑site.Support station installation and commissioning activities.Conduct retrofit campaigns.Prepare, organise and plan your own activities and those of maintenance partners.Your ProfileBased in Milan (Italy).Trained electrician or equivalent electrical competencies.3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in DC charging infrastructure highly appreciated.Electrical certifications required.“B” driving licence; willingness to travel.Fluency in Italian and English (B1 preferred).Rigorous, eager to learn and enrich technical knowledge.Dynamic, enjoys challenges and wants to join an innovative company.What Electra offers youAttractive package.Great professional challenge in a fast‑growing scale‑up.Company car.Hospitalisation insurance.Meal vouchers.We strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and free to be themselves, fully expressing their potential.
