How You\'ll Make a Difference Throughout each project, you will combine core management consulting skills with the capabilities required to apply innovative, advanced corporate finance and value creation techniques, contributing to the development of leading-edge knowledge in areas at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance and implementation.

You will cultivate trusted relationships with clients\' top-management and help refine Impacta Strategy\'s model for supporting leading organizations across Italy and Europe. In this position, you will lead both small and large teams, while mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

You will play a key role within the practice leadership group and help shape the strategy that drives our growth. By joining Impacta Strategy, you will become part of a firm defined by a distinctive and innovative culture.

At Impacta Strategy, we will accelerate your development as a leader to help drive solid, lasting impact. You will be based in our Milan or Rome office, working across multiple industries and advising clients on their most demanding topics, including corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, and performance improvement.

Requirements Master\'s degree with an excellent academic record; MBA is an advantage 8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, due diligence gained in a consulting firm or investment bank Deep expertise in Energy & Utilities and/or Industrial goods industries is preferred Intellectual curiosity, inventive thinking, and a rigorous problem-solving approach Ability to rapidly absorb complex information and communicate it in a clear, straightforward way Brings creativity and the capability to generate outstanding outcomes and high-quality ideas Fluency in English is mandatory Fluency in Italian is mandatory Benefits When you join us, you can count on: Learning as a core discipline: our apprenticeship-led learning culture is designed to help you progress while ensuring feedback is direct, specific, and centered on your development.
