This site is a strategic centre of excellence within a leading global group, focusing on the assembly and optimisation of complex product lines, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manufacturing Process Engineer – Team Leader Location: Bollengo, Italy (near Torino) – full-time, on-site only Salary: Up to €50000 per annum plus Benefits Ref: 736TU Main duties: To lead a team of production staff while optimising manufacturing processes, maintaining process documentation, ensuring ERP updates, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams. The role: Supervise and coordinate a team of 10 to 15 production staff on the shop floor Oversee the Product line manufacturing operations Optimise production workflows using Lean, SMED, and time/method study tools Draft, maintain, and update operating instructions and SOPs Monitor and update processes within the ERP system Interpret and work from technical 2D and 3D CAD drawings Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Management teams Report directly to the Plant Manager, contributing to the site’s operational growth Candidate's Profile Technical diploma or Engineering degree, ideally in Mechanical or Management Engineering Experience in complex production environments (e.g. automotive, aerospace) Strong knowledge of Lean, SMED, and time & method analysis tools Familiarity with multi-component product assembly and production workflows Advanced skills in ERP systems and Excel Able to read and interpret technical 2D/3D CAD drawings Proactive, solution-focused, and detail-oriented Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
