Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description As a Sales Specialist for Flexo Tapes at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Sales Specialist for Flexo Tapes at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by :Developing end-user customers relationship and applications to drive growth of the Flexographic Printing Tape portfolio, executing demand generation programsPartnering with channel teams to execute growth initiatives, strategies, and programsTranslating division strategies into accountable partner plans, clearly articulating the flexo tapes value proposition, delivering regular territory updatesAligning with product managers and leveraging prepress houses and industry associations to extend reachWorking cross-functionally with marketing, technical service, pricing and supply chain to remove barriers and accelerate winsMeeting or exceeding designated sales quota in the assigned territoryProviding key market and customer insights to Industrial Specialties Division portfolio managers, marketing, application engineers and leadershipEffectively and consistently managing your opportunity pipeline, while conducting strategic planning for new opportunities and regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers in the region.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements :Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials / Polymer Science, or related field7+ years in B2B industrial salesCurrent valid Driver’s licenseFluent ItalianStrong business English (written and verbal)Strong track record of collaboration and cross-functional teamworkCustomer-first, outcomes-oriented, organized, and reliable under deadlinePreferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :4+years of Flexographic Printing or Printing Industry experienceExperience articulating value propositions and system-selling and product demonstration experienceExperience developing and managing key accounts on a large geographic territoryEstablished network with Italian converters / printers, prepress houses, and OEMsJob specifics :Location : ItalyTravel : May include up to 70%, regular travel across Italy to visit customersWorking pattern (full time)Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?If so, we encourage you to apply and embark on a journey of creativity and growth with us.We look forward to hearing from youResources for You For more details on what happens before, during and after the interview process, check out the Insights for Candidates page at If you have further questions please reach out to Max (our AI Virtual Assistant) via our Career Page.#J-18808-Ljbffr
