This position is part of the EMEA‑based commercial team reporting to the Director of Sales, EMEA & APAC and will be fully remote. You will be responsible for growing research grade / pre‑clinical business with clients in the cell and gene therapy industry. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Uncover new business both in existing and new accounts by identifying potential opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs and building relationships based on quality and trust. Support inbound client questions via the website by introducing clients to Aldevron’s capabilities and qualifying opportunities prior to introducing clients to the local business development manager and technical sales specialist. Partner with business development, marketing and technical sales to grow regional business and achieve / exceed your quota. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include A Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or equivalent. 1 year of experience in a client‑facing role such as sales, customer service, or technical support. 1 year of experience at the lab bench with hands‑on experience using DNA, RNA, or proteins. Preferred Additional Qualifications Using a CRM such as Hubspot or Salesforce. An understanding of the cell and gene therapy market landscape.
