HR Recruiting & Employer Branding Generalist | Iper La grande i Informazioni sul ruolo La risorsa per applicativo SAP S/4HANA in ambito amministrativo è una figura sche si occuperà della gestione, configurazione e supporto del sistema ERP SAP S/4HANA, con un focus sui processi amministrativi, contabili e finanziari. Il suo obiettivo è garantire l’efficienza e l’ottimizzazione dei flussi operativi, collaborando con le funzioni amministrative per implementare miglioramenti e innovazioni digitali. La figura sarà coinvolta nel progetto di migrazione da SAP ECC a SAP S/4HANA , con l’obiettivo di acquisire competenze specifiche sul nuovo sistema, contribuendo attivamente alla transizione e al miglioramento dei processi aziendali. Questo ruolo rappresenta un’opportunità di crescita professionale in un contesto altamente dinamico, orientato all'innovazione tecnologica. Responsabilità Supporto e configurazione dell'applicativo SAP S/4HANA (moduli amministrativi/contabili) Analisi e ottimizzazione dei processi amministrativi Collaborazione con fornitori e consulenti SAP Gestione delle interfacce con altri sistemi aziendali Assistenza agli utenti e formazione interna Test, validazione e rilascio nuove funzionalità Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia, Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o affini Esperienza di 1/2 anni su SAP S/4HANA in ambito amministrativo/contabile Certificazioni SAP (costituiscono un plus) Competenze richieste Esperienza 1/2 anni su SAP S/4HANA (moduli amministrativi) Capacità di analisi e mappatura processi amministrativi Team working e comunicazione efficace Problem-solving e pensiero analitico Orientamento al miglioramento continuo Buona conoscenza dell’inglese La selezione è rivolta a candidati dell’uno e dell’altro sesso ai sensi del D.
