Based near Padova, this role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to manage and optimize industrialization and manufacturing processes effectively. Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high product standards. Optimize efficiency and resource allocation. Continuously developing and improving operational structures and processes in terms of organizational development, process flow, new manufacturing technologies and manufacturing methods (Lean Management & Continues Improvement) and support / make them available on all other production sites. Improve manufacturing processes and resolve technical challenges. Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational goals. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on production objectives. Requisiti A degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. Proven expertise in production management within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards. Experience in optimizing production processes and managing resources effectively. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Good knowledge of Italian and English languages. #J-18808-Ljbffr
