This role is pivotal in driving a major cultural transformation in safety practices across a workforce of over 300 blue‑collar employees.Your roleThe ideal candidate is not only a technical expert in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations but also a charismatic leader who can inspire, engage, and influence teams to embrace a proactive safety culture.
