Your mission is to optimize workflows, maintain tools, ensure data quality, and empower teams with clean, reliable, automated systems. You will work on internal Growth projects, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and the Growth Lead. You will become the go‑to person for CRM maintenance, data operations, internal workflows, and automation.In this role, you will:Maintain and improve our CRM (HubSpot) with clean data, workflows, and structured processesBuild internal automations across tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Slack)Design, build, and maintain dashboards that help teams track KPIs and operate more efficientlyCollaborate with internal teams to understand operational pain points and translate them into scalable solutionsConduct data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliabilityWork with APIs, documentation, and no‑code/low‑code tools to integrate systemsContribute to internal documentation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiativesQualifications1–3 years of experience in Operations, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or similar rolesStrong analytical mindset and data‑first problem solvingHands‑on experience with CRM tools—HubSpot preferredComfortable building workflows, automations, and dashboards across different no‑code platformsAbility to work with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (or willingness to learn)Highly detail‑oriented, structured, and reliableStrong communication skills in Italian and EnglishCuriosity, proactivity, and comfort working in fast‑paced environmentsWhat We Bring to the TableElite team of rockstars: collaborate with the brightest minds in tech and legal AI.Unmatched growth opportunities: shape the future of legal technology and advance rapidly.Competitive Pay and Equity: annual salary range 28,000–40,000€ plus stock‑option package.Perks that make a difference: hybrid work model, health insurance, meal vouchers, performance bonuses, team retreats & building activities.Compensation Range: €28K – €40KSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesTechnology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lexroom.ai by 2xWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
