Cosmetic Product Formulation Specialist

Job Opportunity The ideal candidate will possess expertise in formulating trials, measuring physicochemical parameters, and developing cosmetic products at laboratory scale. They will answer customer briefs (internal and external) and adhere to lead-times & costs. Reporting to the R&D Powders Manager, the job holder will be accountable for: To create new formulas (all galenics, textures, and shades) and participate in enhancing existing ones. Key Responsibilities Developing new formulations and contributing to the improvement of existing ones. Formulating product samples that meet specifications and quality standards. Essential Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess: Excellent formulation skills with experience in developing cosmetic products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
