Responsibilities Partecipare ad operazioni di valutazioni. Gestione delle attività di tesoreria, inclusi pagamenti e riconciliazioni bancarie. Monitoraggio dei flussi di cassa e gestione delle attività di tesoreria. Qualifications Solida esperienza maturata in ambito restructuring. Associate neo abilitato focus Restructuring. Esame di abilitazione alla professione forense sostenuto tra il 2021 e il 2024; pregressa esperienza maturata in ambito M&A. Voto di laurea non inferiore a 108 / 110. Professionale conoscenza della lingua inglese. 2‑3 anni di esperienza maturati nel settore Transfer Pricing presso studi professionali o società di consulenza. Almeno 3‑5 anni in fondi di venture capital nazionali o internazionali o come founder di startup / scaleup. In seconda battuta verranno valutati anche profili con esperienze lato consulting.
