Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Public Transport Systems RomWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Public Transport Systems IVU Traffic Technologies Italia is looking for a Junior Project Manager to better support the increased number of customers.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for software, optimization, and technology applied to transportation and excellent project management skills.At IVU, we believe in the values of moral integrity, innovation, and commitment to excellence.Your Role and Responsibilities A strong propensity for listening and learning new methodologies/tools typical of the IVU context is required because the candidate will be prepared and trained to assume the following responsibilities:Requirement Analysis: Identify, document, and analyze project requirements. This includes understanding customer needs, defining project goals, and translating this information into technical specificationsProject Management: Management and coordination of IT projects in the transportation sectorCustomer Care: Understand customer’s problems and manage relationships with customers, answer their questions, and resolve any problems in a timely and professional mannerTeamwork: Collaboration with various teams to ensure the achievement of project objectives and provide regular and detailed updates to your manager on the progress of assigned tasks proactively, promptly highlighting any critical issuesYour Profile Master’s degree in engineering or a similar fieldExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to solve complex problems and think criticallyAbility to work in a team and manage relationships with clientsVery good knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of EnglishAdvanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office packageWillingness to travelOptional: Greek, German, Spanish or French as additional languages are considered a real plusWork Location Rome, with the possibility of hybrid work (on-site + remote) once independence in managing assigned tasks is achievedWhat We Offer A competitive salary, bonus and benefits, commensurate with the real experiences of the candidateA friendly and informal workplacePossibility to work from homeThe opportunity for quick career growth based on the results achieved by the candidateInterested?
