Overview Per uno Studio Tributario Boutique di primario standing, siamo alla ricerca di un Dottore Commercialista con 4-7 anni di esperienza nel Transfer Pricing, da inserire nella sede di Milano. Responsibilities Consulenza e assistenza relativa alle problematiche di Transfer Pricing; Assistenza e predisposizione di contratti intercompany; Condurre analisi di benchmarking per supportare le strategie di Transfer Pricing; Redigere la documentazione completa sul Transfer Pricing; Supporto nella definizione di politiche di transfer pricing di gruppo e CbCR; Assistenza in procedure di ruling, Patent Box e accordi preventivi (APA); Supporto e rappresentanza in verifiche fiscali e procedure internazionali di risoluzione delle controversie (MAP, Convenzione arbitrale UE).
