Role Responsibilities The candidate will be an integral part of a team that is accountable for the commercial and contractual performance of a project. To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances. To carry out post contract duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures. Comply with established commercial/procurement/contractual strategies. Take responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards. Cost Planning and estimating, post contract and procurement duties. Candidate Profile Qualifications Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar construction related technical discipline. Experience CSA Cost Management experience. DC experience. Proven technical / project delivery experience. Previously employed by a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation. Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts. A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines. Behaviours Recognised as a positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support; recognized as a team player with a strong willingness to learn. Demonstrates a positive and proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results.
