Chaberton Professionals , divisione di Chaberton Partners dedicata alla ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle Management, è attualmente alla ricerca di un/una R&D Specialist per conto di un’importante realtà farmaceutica - API. Descrizione del ruolo La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team del Laboratorio di Ricerca Biotecnologica e avrà la possibilità di effettuare ricerche ed attività di campo in ambito fermentativo e biotecnologico, lavorando a stretto contatto con i reparti di produzione e di analisi. Le attività comprenderanno: la messa a punto di processi in laboratorio applicabili su scala pilota e produttivo; l'ottimizzazione di processi per rese, qualità, costi, sicurezza; l'analisi deiprocessi per l’individuazione dei passaggi critici ai fini della qualità microbiologica; aggiornamentonuove tecnologie messa a punto processi l'utilizzo di fermentatori da laboratorio (10-100 L). Il ruolo richiede la gestione di progetti di ricerca e la stesura di pubblicazioni scientifiche. Qualifiche Laurea magistrale in Biotecnologie molecolari e bioinformatica, o affini Competenze in biotecnologia, biologia molecolare e microbiologia. Esperienza nella conduzione di esperimenti di laboratorio e nella raccolta e analisi dei dati. Conoscenza delle normative e delle linee guida relative alla sicurezza in laboratorio e delle GMP Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nel campo della microbiologia industriale. Conoscenza di base di impianti industriali. Inglese fluente scritto e parlato E' gradita: Formazione avanzata di ricerca nel campo della fermentazione Conoscenza di fermentatori da laboratorio Capacità di coordinamento e attitudine al lavoro in team Sede : Milano
