Hosco Yoga Retreat Manager - Luxury Boutique Retreat in Abruzzo Location: Mosciano Sant' Angelo (TE) Abruzzo Italy. Countryside location, minutes from the Adriatic Sea (Giulianova - Tortoreto). Contract Type: Seasonal full-time (April - October 2026). Possibility of renewal for following seasons. About The Project We are launching a high-end yoga and wellness retreat designed for international guests seeking peace, mature and authentic Italian lifestyle. The retreat combines daily yoga practice, Mediterranean cuisine and curated cultural experiences in a luxury yet natural setting. Main Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations of the retreat (check-in, schedules, guest logistics) Coordinate staff, yoga instructors and suppliers (chef, drivers, therapists) Ensure a seamless luxury guest experience from arrival to departure Manage bookings, emails and guest communications (in English and Italian) Support marketing efforts: content, photography, social media updates Supervise budgeting, inventory and quality control Collaborate with management to design new retreat themes and partnerships Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality or experience in Management Excellent English and Italian (German or French a plus) Experience or internship in hospitality, wellness or tourism operations Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Passion for wellness, yoga and sustainability Benefits Work in a beautiful countryside villa near the Adriatic Sea Build leadership experience in luxury wellness tourism Dynamic and international environment Training and mentorship provided during startup phase Would much appreciate if you could reply with your complete resume, financial expectations and complete work experience.
