The role is live‑out, with possible involvement in managing an additional Tuscany property over time. The ideal candidate will coordinate household staff, maintain high standards of care and service, manage budgets, liaise with contractors, and uphold discretion, reliability, and professionalism.Main DutiesManage the day‑to‑day operations of the private residence to an exceptionally high standard.Coordinate, supervise, and support the household staff, including a live‑in housekeeper‑cook, governess, and chauffeur.Oversee staff schedules, performance, and communication to ensure efficient household operations.Manage and monitor the household budget, expenses, and suppliers.Liaise with, source, and coordinate external contractors and service providers.Oversee maintenance works and ensure the property is well‑maintained at all times.Assist or step in to support the housekeeper or chauffeur when required.Potentially become involved in the management of a secondary family property in Tuscany.Maintain clear communication with the principals and provide regular updates as needed.Ensure discretion, reliability, and professionalism at all times.RequirementsThree or more years of private house‑manager experience.Two excellent checkable references.Conversational Italian and English.EU working permit.To apply, please visit the website or email We welcome new applicants and are happy to answer any questions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
