Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di unJunior Project Manager C&I PV Plant per la nostra filiale italiana. Principali attività e responsabilità Affiancare il Project Manager nella gestione operativa dei progetti fotovoltaici, dalla fase di avvio fino al completamento. Supportare il coordinamento delle attività tra le diverse funzioni aziendali (ufficio tecnico, acquisti, cantiere, fornitori e subappaltatori). Monitorare tempi, costi e qualità dei progetti, contribuendo alla reportistica di avanzamento. Collaborare nella gestione delle pratiche autorizzative e della documentazione tecnica e amministrativa. Gestire la comunicazione operativa con clienti e stakeholder, garantendo un flusso informativo chiaro ed efficace. Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente indirizzo Energetico, Elettrico, Gestionale, Civile) Esperienze / specializzazioni in ambito fotovoltaico costituiscono un plus Interesse per il settore delle energie rinnovabili e motivazione a crescere nel project management. Capacità organizzative, precisione e attitudine al problem solving. Conoscenza delle tecnologie legate alle energie rinnovabili con particolare riferimento al fotovoltaico residenziale e industriale Capacità di condurre in autonomia analisi del business case di dettaglio relativo alla realizzazione di un impianto di generazione di energia elettrica Forte predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali e alla comunicazione Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale Buone capacità comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team. Conoscenza di base di software di project management e pacchetto MS Office. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
