In this role you will shape and lead ABB Robotics’ global Order-to-Cash strategy during a major SAP S/4HANA transformation rollout across 50+ countries. You will own the end-to-end O2C blueprint, drive standardization, and ensure scalable, compliant operations within a future-state model supported by a BPO partner. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Service, IT and transformation leaders to enable successful deployment and ongoing operational excellence. This is a high-impact transformation at a global scale with a clear focus on customer experience and working capital performance.
Responsabilità- Own the global O2C process design and continuous improvement across order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA O2C transformation journey, ensuring global process consistency from design through deployment across waves.
- Balance global standards with local/regional requirements, approving variants only with clear regulatory or business justification.
- Establish a future operating model and performance framework with governance, KPIs, and staffing/partnering models.
- Drive simplification, automation, and ongoing optimization to improve efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and working capital.
- 7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, order management, or finance process roles in manufacturing, multi-entity environments.
- Proven experience leading O2C process design and standardization in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations across multiple geographies.
- Strong SAP expertise, especially in SAP SD and FI-AR, and knowledge of O2C master data (Business Partner, pricing, credit management).
- Experience designing global processes for shared-services or outsourced delivery models, including governance and control frameworks.
