He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.Reports to Sous Chef.Main duties & responsibilities:The Demi Chef de Partie pastry will:Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions Monitors portion and waste control Performs all duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef RequirementsCompetencies required:Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally Other requirements:Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background HACCP certification BenefitsWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
