About the role The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans. Reporting to the Store Manager youll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. Youll take pride in contributing to a customer experience thats welcoming and inspiring for our customers team members and community.
