You will guide team members on business knowledge, skills, Amazon culture, and listen to concerns to solve problems while managing attendance and working hours. ② 担当プロセスの安全・品質・作業効率の向上Each manager will lead the improvement of safety, quality, and work efficiency in a specific process. You will conduct safety activities, quality checks, improve the work environment, and manage training progress to implement countermeasures and achieve results. ③ 日々のオペレーション対応You will plan and manage the flow of receiving products, inventory management, and shipping. To meet delivery deadlines, you will make appropriate judgments and respond to variable factors such as volume changes, labor shortages, and system problems. ④ プロジェクトリーダーとして改善を推進Following regular duties, you will promote annual/monthly project activities within the FC to improve safety risks and productivity. Projects also involve collaboration with other departments and participation in FC events such as Family Day. Work Style - Shift work with a monthly flexible working hours system.- Work hours: 8 hours per day, set within a range not exceeding 40 hours per week on average per month.- Holidays: 120 days per year (approximately 10 days per month). Night shifts may occur; public holidays are scheduled between day and night shifts to reduce burden.- Commuting options: public transportation (and walking), bicycle, or private car. Education System After joining, you will attend a one‑week classroom program to learn company culture and basic FC operations. After assignment, you will receive OJT under a training manager to learn process knowledge and tool use. Training materials are provided to support independent work, making it a welcoming environment for inexperienced candidates. Career Path Many careers start as area managers and progress to general manager of receiving/shipping teams, then FC base manager.
