This position will be based in Florence.Partner with the bestAs part of Industrial Relations team she / he will provide expertise and share insight partnering with our internal stakeholders in the following areas / tasks :Managing relations with plant unions (RSU)Partner with Business and Enabling Functions for any union-related issuesSupport on clarification and guidance to internal business references in the Company Agreements and National CBA (Collective Bargain Agreement) applicationProvide support on writing and management disciplinary actions based on deep analysis and investigationSupport on drafting communication related to direct / indirect contractual impactsSupport in the analysis of Company policies / agreements including upgrade / renewal and drafting new policies / agreementsProvide support and constant update on labor law and union topics through press releases research and comparisons among different and multiple labor systemsPartner with Business and Enabling Functions for any union-related issuesCollaborate in developing Industrial Relations Culture across Company and suppliersFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you willBachelors degree (Preferred : Law Economics Political Sciences)Relevant experience in Industrial Relations managing relations with plant unions (RSU) collective bargaining agreements labor law compliance disciplinary procedures and negotiations with trade unions.Strong interest and highly motivated in developing a career path in Industrial RelationsCurious proactive flexible fast in learning and with good interpersonal skillsOrganized with excellent problem solving and time management capabilitiesListening orientation and capable of managing the topics covered with reliability and confidentialityPassionate about Industrial Relations matters and interested in investigating issues related to both legislation and the administrative field to build a complete professionalism in the field of industrial relationsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone this role we can offer the following flexible working patterns :Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productiveWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
