Tämä Positio Raportoi Product & Technology Mngr, GBL Excitation Global Product Manager (Power reliability) Step into a role where yourtechnical skillsandstrategic product leadershipcome together to make the energy transition happen and shape the next generation of our power reliability systems portfolio. As ourGlobal Product Manager , you will take ownership of a product line undergoing a major evolution – guiding its lifecycle, customer needs, and ensuring smooth global adoption. You will begin by developing a deep understanding ofmarket trends ,customer applications , andregional business needs . Through continuous analysis of competitors, technology shifts, and market gaps, you’ll transform insights intoclear product direction . Your work will directly influence specifications, development priorities, and the roadmap that drives long-term profitable growth. Collaboration will be vital for reaching your objectives. You will work closely with theRegionalteam, R&D,Engineering, Sales, Quality and SCMto steer the offering through every stage of its lifecycle – from concept to launch, from enhancements to phase-out. As part of a global transition to a new platform, you will ensure regions receive the right support, align requirements, manage expectations, and keep communication transparent. Your role will shape how the product is presented and delivered to the world. You’ll preparego-to-market materials , support customer interactions, ensure accurate product training, and keep stakeholders informed about roadmap updates, market insights, and performance. You will be a trusted influencer who connects technical skills with market reality. To thrive here, you bring auniversity degree in electrical engineering(or similar) andexperience in the power generation industry– both essential to evaluate requirements, understand customer applications, and collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders. You enjoy navigating complexity, making data-based decisions, and representing a product vision across diverse teams. If you're motivated by meaningful product ownership and interested in the opportunity to shape a strategic offering in the energy transition, this is your next step. Language:Fluent English required.
