Overview For our client - an international real estate investment company specialized in direct investments, platform, special situations and loan portfolios - we are looking for an : INVESTMENT VICE PRESIDENT Reporting directly to the Managing Partners of the company, the candidate will be involved in all the phases of the investment process starting from the sourcing of new potential opportunities through the execution until the closing of the deals. Target of the deals: medium / large size - pan-European scope. Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for the financial and business analysis of the investment targets, supporting due diligence processes and being involved in the negotiation of deal terms; Will lead and coordinate the execution team; Will be the point of contact for the International Investors; Will actively participate to the origination and sourcing of new investment opportunities across several countries. Your Profile / Requirements Master’s degree in economy or finance; At least 7-10 years of professional experience within Real Estate International funds or top tier investment banks; Deep knowledge of investments in the RE sector along the capital structure: Credit / Debt and equity investing with a knowledge also in the Distressed / Special Situations field; Strong network inside the Real Estate national and international sector; Experience in managing relations with international investors; Fluency in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus.
