If you're ready to see your work directly impact global events , your mission begins here.The RoleAs an FPGA Engineer , you will be at the heart of our innovation, designing and implementing the digital core of our next-generation satellite communication systems . You will own the complete development lifecycle, from architectural definition to final hardware validation, working with a highly qualified multidisciplinary team.Your Responsibilities:Advanced RTL Design : Development and optimization of digital architectures in VHDL for Xilinx FPGAs (Series 7, UltraScale/+).Digital Signal Processing for Communication Systems : Implementation and optimization of DSP algorithms (filters, synchronization, modulation/demodulation) for RF telecommunications.Verification & Validation : Testing, debugging and performance verification of systems using simulation tools and hardware/software test benches.System Integration : Ensuring cooperation between different hardware boards and contributing to the final validation of the overall system.Essential Qualifications:A Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A PhD is a strong plus.4+ years of proven, hands‑on experience in VHDL/RTL design for Xilinx FPGAs.Deep understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) principles as applied to digital communications (e.g. modulation, synchronization, filtering).Mastery of defining timing constraints and achieving timing closure in complex designs.Proficiency with Xilinx Vivado and simulation tools like ModelSim/QuestaSim.Proven experience with testing, debugging, and validating designs on real hardware.A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with strong autonomy and excellent collaboration skills.What Will Make You Stand Out (Nice-to-Have):2+ years of experience using SystemVerilog for advanced verification.Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and validating DSP algorithms.Familiarity with Python for test automation and scripting.Knowledge of digital communication architectures and protocols (e.g., channel coding).Why VersoSat?Real Impact, Not Just a Role : You will have direct responsibility for foundational projects.
