Company Marsh Description Marsh is seeking candidates to join our FINPRO Team (Financial & Professional Risk) as a Junior Client Advisor based in Milan. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. What can you expect Marsh’s FINPRO Practice helps clients anticipate and manage threats to their business, including data breaches, cyber risk, political instability, and jurisdictional challenges. Marsh leads the industry in educating insurers on business risks and customizing coverage to manage specific challenges, enabling clients to conduct business with confidence. We are a tight professional and technical team with an impeccable reputation in niche markets such as Directors and Officers Liability (D&O), Professional Indemnity (PI), Cyber, EPLI, Financial Institutions (FI), and Bankers Blanket Bond (BBB). We will count on you to: Build and maintain relationships with clients and serve as primary point of contact for day‑to‑day service needs; Use significant risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs; Present, develop and execute renewal/placement strategies in partnership with Client Executives; Support and interface closely with client executives and client teams to support client retention and new business production; Keep abreast of changing insurance and risk management market conditions ensuring compliance with our business protocols and local regulatory requirements.
