Full-stack Software Engineer - Construction Tech Platform - start-up - Turin, ItalyWe’ve partnered with a fast-growing startup in Turin that’s revolutionizing the construction industry with cutting-edge software.We’re looking for a Full-stack Software Engineer to help shape the technical backbone of their product. You’ll work across the stack, from user-facing features to backend architecture, data modeling, and integrations. In a small, fast-moving team, your work will have direct impact on both product direction and user experience.What You’ll Do:Build and optimize a fast, scalable backendDevelop and maintain type-safe APIs with Next.Js and TypeScriptDesign and manage PostgreSQL data models using Drizzle ORMStreamline API routes, queries, and database schemas for performance and scalabilityCreate reusable, polished front-end componentsDevelop modern React interfaces with Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, and React QueryOwn features end-to-end, from design to deploymentEnsure top-notch performance, accessibility, and developer experienceWhat We’re Looking For:Strong experience with React (v19), Next.Js App Router, and Tailwind CSSSolid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databasesFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), and cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS EC2/S3)A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch1+ years of professional experience or a Computer Science backgroundPassion for writing clean, reusable, and high-performance codeBonus Points:Experience with Three.Js or 3D/WebGLWorking with WebSockets (Socket.IO, ws, or native)Experience with email services (SendGrid, Resend, Postmark, Nodemailer)Familiarity with authentication systems (Clerk, NextAuth)Tech Stack:Frontend: Next.Js App Router, React, React Query, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, Radix UIBackend: PostgreSQL + Drizzle ORM, React Server Actions3D Engine: Autodesk Viewer, Three.JsDev Tools: GitHub, Vercel, Neon, FigmaComplete our Compensation and Benefits in Niche Tech Industries Survey here: applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
