About the Role The Distribution Manager is responsible for supporting the sale of Veeam Data Security Solutions via the Distribution/Aggregation channel by recruiting, training and enabling channel partners and Cloud Service Providers together with Distributors/Aggregators. The role requires winning, maintaining and expanding relationships with resellers, system integrators and Cloud Service Providers in Italy, and achieving indirect sales targets and pipeline generation targets such as partner recruitment and readiness objectives. The position reports directly to the Manager of Channel in Italy and operates strategically within the EMEA region. What You’ll Do Achieve revenue targets and goals for the Italian territory. Develop and execute business plans focused on pipeline creation and closing, together with channel and cloud service provider recruitment and enablement. Support distributors and aggregators to train and enable channel partners (resellers and Cloud Service Providers) with a special focus on SMB and aaS product portfolio. Work closely with sales and channel managers to orchestrate the order processing. Track record of accomplishment versus the target during regular business reviews (weekly pipeline review, monthly and quarterly QBR, marketing activity review, etc.). Plan and coordinate marketing events (physical and virtual), social‑media activities and all communications in collaboration with the local Channel Marketing Manager. Coordinate all activities for the digital transformation of procedures and process integrations between Veeam and the distributors/aggregators. What You’ll Bring Successful multiyear sales experience with a channel‑focused company. Proven track record of successful experience with Distribution/Aggregation management. Deep planning and data analytics capabilities. Work‑for‑goals/targets attitude. Team‑player experience and spirit. Ability to travel throughout the territory.
