It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.HR RECRUITERType of contract: fixed term contractAt Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (VI), we are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our HR Department. He/She will primarily support Head Office recruitment activities for Diesel. This role represents an opportunity for a recruitment professional who is eager to grow within the fashion industry and actively contribute to the development of a people-centric organization.The role’s main responsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for Head Office positions, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, and offer management;Partner with Line Managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles;Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels;Coordinate interviews and provide a smooth and professional candidate experience;Support employer branding initiatives related to talent acquisition;Maintain and update the SuccessFactors Platform and recruitment reporting;What requirements you need to have3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within structured companies or dynamic environments;Strong interest in the fashion/luxury industry;Experience in recruiting corporate/Head Office profiles;Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support broader HR activities;High English level is required; the knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.Location: Breganze (VI)#DSLPrivacy policy available here:
