Coordinator Retail – NSFJoin to apply for the Coordinator Retail role at NSF.Job DescriptionThe retail coordinator is responsible for the tasks entrusted to him/her, demonstrating responsiveness, flexibility and precision. The retail coordinator will be specifically trained to be the local point of reference for setting up and using the NSF audit tools. He/she will support his/her team in the optimal use of these tools, and will assist the Belgian auditors team with their daily requests.ResponsibilitiesCreating new audit templatesUpdating contact details and adding new facilities in various systemsAssist the Belgian auditors from the office for admin requestsReviewing and sending out audit reportsPutting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in ExcelMaintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc)Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problemsScheduling of auditsInvoicing of clientsClient reporting, internal KPI follow upProvide admin support to the business and account manager for new opportunities, expansion, or client renewalQualificationsExperience as administrative assistant or similar roleDemonstratable experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems, PowerBI is a plusExcellent attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skillsPerfect command in Italian, fluent in EnglishCreative thinking and problem‑solving aptitudeA clear and proactive communicatorHave excellent reporting and presentation skills both verbal and writtenComfortable working in a multilingual work environmentAble to travel occasionally if needed (EU)This position is Hybrid, based out of our Bologna officeSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesPublic Safety#J-18808-Ljbffr
