You’ll engage with founders and executives who’ve already expressed interest in our services, enabling you to focus on strategic conversations, relationship‑building, and closing.TasksAct as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exitsQualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory frameworkPresent and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signatureManage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagementCollaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategyParticipate in valuation discussions, capital‑structure design, and transaction executionRequirementsIdeally 3–7 years in B2B sales, financial services, real estate, or other high‑value transactional rolesProven ability to close complex dealsExcellent communication skills – articulate and confident across calls, meetings, and written correspondenceCharismatic presence – you represent Palmstone to founders and investors with composure, clarity, and credibilityStructured and solution‑oriented – you handle multiple projects without losing focusSelf‑directed, detail‑oriented, and performance‑drivenBased in Europe (CET/GMT timezone)Fluent, professional English is essential; additional languages are a plusBackgrounds that often translate well include real estate agents, mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, B2B consultative sellers, or business brokers – but we care more about drive and execution than credentials.BenefitsReal deal exposure: Work on live mandates alongside partners, participating in valuation discussions and transaction executionHigh‑level network: Direct access to founders, executives, and investors across Europe and the USStructured development: Partner mentorship, institutional training in capital markets and deal structuring, regular feedback sessionsClear progression: Advancement based on performance and results, not tenurePerformance‑driven compensation: Significant upside for strong performers (structure discussed with qualified candidates)Remote setup: Work from anywhere in Europe with full autonomyDon't meet every requirement?
