You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, implement our tools, and guide them through customized training — all while gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of industries.ResponsibilitiesImplementation of Odoo : analyze client needs, design customized solutions to optimise business process efficiency, and configure workflows to improve the efficiency of accounting firms.Partner Network Management : support and grow the Odoo partner community by contributing to the training, certification and development of the Italian network of accounting firms.Training & Support : share product knowledge and expertise through internal and external training sessions, workshops and events.Product Improvement & Development : collaborate with our Product Owners by sharing valuable feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve the platform and ensure it is 100% compliant with Italian accounting standards.RequirementsFrom 1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional ConsultantFluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)Analytical Thinking: identifies patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvementProject Management: manages timelines, priorities, and deliverablesTechnical Affinity: familiar with data analysis tools, Excel, or business intelligence platformsNice to havePrevious experience in implementing ERP or management softwareWorking modalityHybrid work model (e.g., 3 days in the office / 2 days remote)Diversity and InclusionAt Odoo, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, and truly authentic.
