Descrizione aziendaPer azienda nostra cliente, multinazionale operante nel settore della logistica, stiamo ricercando un/a:PosizioneHead of Controlling EMEA.La persona sarà responsabile della definizione e supervisione dei processi di controllo di gestione a livello di gruppo, con particolare focus sulle società europee del perimetro. La figura garantirà un'efficace pianificazione economico-finanziaria, il monitoraggio delle performance aziendali e la fornitura di analisi strategiche a supporto del management.Si occuperà in particolare di:Guidare e coordinare il dipartimento di Controlling a livello europeo, assicurando uniformità di metodi, strumenti e reporting tra i diversi Paesi.Supervisionare il processo di budgeting, forecasting e analisi degli scostamenti a livello consolidato.Definire e aggiornare i KPI finanziari e operativi in linea con la strategia aziendale.Collaborare con il CFO e il top management nel supporto decisionale strategico e nella valutazione di investimenti, progetti di espansione o riorganizzazione.Garantire la qualità e coerenza del reporting gestionale mensile e trimestraleSupportare le funzioni operative (Operations, Commerciale, Supply Chain) con analisi di marginalità, costi di servizio, produttività e performance logistica.Coordinare i controller locali nei diversi Paesi europei, promuovendo una cultura di accountability e data-driven managementRequisitiLaurea in EconomiaConsolidata esperienza nel settore logisticaConoscenza fluente della lingua ingleseEsperienza nel coordinamento di paesi esteriDisponibilità a viaggiareLuogo di lavoro: Milano#J-18808-Ljbffr
