The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, that customers are satisfied, and that employees are trained and motivated to provide excellent service.Key Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurantEnsure that all employees are trained and motivated to provide excellent serviceEnsure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintainedHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerAssist in managing inventory and ordering suppliesAssist in scheduling employees and managing labor costsAssist in managing financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitabilityEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsQualifications: Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in the restaurant industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsKnowledge of health and safety regulationsAdditional Information: Must be 18 years of ageMust have Reliable TransportationLifts moderate to heavy weights on an occasional basis#J-18808-Ljbffr
