We provide privileged access to top‑performing alternative assets, superior portfolio construction, and a technology‑enabled open architecture platform connecting clients to some of the world’s most exclusive opportunities.Your RoleAs an Investment Analyst, you will support the full investment lifecycle and work closely with the investment team to source, evaluate, and execute opportunities across Buyout, Growth, and Venture Capital.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeSourcing new opportunities and building relationships with entrepreneurs, fund managers, and ecosystem partnersSupporting market, financial, and commercial due diligenceBuilding financial models and contributing to investment memorandaConducting thematic market research and developing investment thesesAssisting with portfolio monitoring and follow‑up analysisSupporting internal initiatives such as fund strategy and LP reportingCollaborating with cross‑functional teams across the firmAbout YouUp to 2 years of experience in fund‑of‑funds investing, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or a high‑growth startupStrong academic background in finance, economics, engineering, business, or another analytical fieldSolid analytical and financial modelling skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownershipProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Preqin, PitchBook, or similar tools is a plusPassion for investing and private marketsWhat We OfferWork alongside top‑tier professionals from institutions such as Apax, Hg, Hellman & Friedman, Carlyle and leading global family officesDirect exposure to fund managers, entrepreneurs, investors, and senior leadershipAn ambitious, collaborative, and high‑performance cultureReal responsibility from day one in a fast‑moving environmentQuarterly team offsitesClear growth paths and expanding responsibility as you developAt Heritage, we are proud to have a diverse team representing over 15 nationalities, with all communication conducted in English.
