Analyze business requirements and collaborate directly with users and stakeholders. Monitor system development, project KPIs, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration. Identify and prevent risks while managing complex processes. Apply and adapt project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) as needed. Qualifications BS/MS in Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 3-4 years of experience in IT project management. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira). Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Methodical approach with strong attention to detail. Team player with problem-solving skills.
