Overview Our Admin Team is Growing As part of an exciting transformation and boost of our Admin function, we’re looking for 3 talented professionals to join our team and contribute to the next chapter of our growth. We’re hiring: Accounts Payable Accountant; Accounts Receivable Accountant; General Ledger Accountant. Location: Milan (hybrid).Accounts Payable Accountant You’ll support the supplier accounting cycle - from invoice management to reconciliations - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payable processes. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to automation and process improvement.Accounts Receivable Accountant You’ll manage customer invoicing and collections, ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth operations. You’ll monitor incoming payments, handle reconciliations, and work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve AR processes.General Ledger Accountant You’ll handle general ledger entries, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and compliant accounting.
