The Role Join Kyndryl as a Sales Manager and lead deals from qualification to closure for complex, multi-tower multi-million deals. Drive pricing and commercial strategies with support from pricing experts. Lead success in Core and Strategic accounts, tailoring propositions to meet market needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders for bid submissions, and owning end-to-end responses for complex deals. Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for both the organization and clients. Compile and present final proposal documents, with a focus on clear technical content and robust governance and reporting for deal success. Standardize pitches across a diverse portfolio of industries and develop differentiated propositions aligned with market requirements. Intesa, a company belonging to the Kyndryl Group, seeks a Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of companies operating in production and/or distribution of goods, with which it already has relationships and seeks to develop new ones. Candidates with experience as suppliers on digital transformation projects in production and/or distribution sectors will be considered. You should have solid values, entrepreneurial drive, the ability to manage assigned customers and prospect development, and experience building relationships with senior decision makers. Experience in consultancy is highly valued. Responsibilities Develop Intesa's presence in the production and distribution of goods sectors by managing selected customers and pursuing new opportunities. Identify manifest and latent needs of sector players and address them with appropriate design and technological solutions. Manage commercial negotiations and the end-to-end sales process. Ensure timely drafting of offers and contracts according to standards, and supervise orders from activation through to delivery. Maintain transparent flow of information on ongoing negotiations with management and use company information tools for governance. Propose evolutions of the company’s offering to improve services and develop innovative solutions for customers. Qualifications High School Diploma and/or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or similar. 5-7 years of experience selling IT services; knowledge of manufacturing, large-scale distribution and retail sectors. Domicile in the Triveneto / Emilia Romagna / East Lombardy area. Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2, C1 recommended).
