Social network you want to login/join with:Reflexallen Group, multinational company with several plants around the world and headquarters on the hills of Modena, international leader of design, development and production of Automotive components, is looking for aSoftware Developer Tech Leader.Main Responsibilities:Ensure the implementation of our RAMS Software (MES/WMS System) and all future Corporate Applications in all locations across the Company, both locally and remotelyCollect the Company requests, analyze them and create the technical analysisCoordinate development team resources to realize the features neededTest the developed features in order to validate themTake care about the CI/CD workflowTake care about the development of new features and bugs fixEnsure continuously operability of the MES systemRequirements:5-7 years experience in a Senior Software Developer in .NET contextA good knowledge of EnglishKnowledge QUERY optimization, via Index and other kind constructsBase knowledge Power shell, Bash Linux, Python, MySql, BootstrapExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsBeing organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible formAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of Agile development methodologiesThis position is open to all candidates of both gender (ex L. 903/77) and disabled person (ex L.68/99).
