Ricerchiamo un Product and Mold Designer Ottima opportunità di lavoro in un contesto dinamico Azienda L'azienda è una realtà italiana che produce componenti di macchinari per la realizzazione di packaging, volti a migliorarne la sicurezza e l'efficienza. La sede è in provincia di Varese. Offerta Supportare l'implementazione e la progettazione e lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti. Preparare e aggiornare documentazione tecnica e disegni. Collaborare con il team di Produzione e coordinare la Manutenzione per ottimizzare i processi. Effettuare analisi tecniche e proporre soluzioni migliorative. Gestire le comunicazioni tecniche con Fornitori e Clienti. Monitorare il rispetto delle normative tecniche e di sicurezza. Organizzare e archiviare i materiali tecnici in modo sistematico. Competenze ed esperienza Un Product and Mold Designer di successo dovrebbe avere: Formazione tecnica, preferibilmente in ingegneria o discipline affini. Esperienza pregressa nel settore dello stampaggio plastico, meglio se poliuretano Conoscenza avanzata di software CAD 2D e 3D, quali Inventor o Solidworks. Capacità di analisi e problem-solving tecnico. Attenzione ai dettagli e precisione nella gestione dei progetti. Buone competenze comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team; è richiesta una stretta collaborazione con Produzione e coordinamento della Manutenzione Una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese è richiesta per interfacciarsi con Fornitori e il secondo Plant produttivo estero Completa l'offerta Contratto a tempo indeterminato con retribuzione competitiva Ticket restaurant Welfare aziendale Premio di produzione per risultati raggiunti.
