Join to apply for the SAP MM Team Leader role at IBM .As Team Leader you will act as a client‑facing practitioner, working collaboratively with clients to deliver high‑quality SAP MM solutions and serving as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of SAP MM methodologies, best practices, and related work products.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesLead projects that support clients in optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and material planning to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain performance.Design, develop, and implement SAP MM solutions that are simple, scalable, and aligned with client needs.Drive strategy definition and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP MM and the latest technologies to deliver measurable business value.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in process optimization, change management, and adoption of SAP best practices.Coordinate and mentor team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Preferred EducationBachelor’s Degree.Required Technical And Professional ExpertiseHands‑on experience in SAP MM configuration, including the ability to design, configure, and deploy SAP MM solutions in line with client requirements.Proven track record with at least 3 full end‑to‑end SAP MM implementations, covering all project phases from preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, to go‑live.Experience in roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect, with the ability to guide junior team members and ensure high‑quality deliverables.Deep understanding of SAP MM processes and workflows, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Valuation, Logistics Invoice Verification, External Services Management, and integration with other modules (FI, SD, PP, WM).Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain and procurement business processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and client organisational objectives.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceFamiliarity with S/4HANA advanced features such as Embedded Analytics, Fiori apps, and Advanced Procurement.Experience with Material Ledger integration and Group Reporting in MM context.Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and process automation projects.Experience in coordinating cross‑functional teams (FI, SD, PP, WM) beyond core MM processes.Prior experience mentoring junior consultants or team members in SAP MM.Knowledge of SAP CDS views and custom reporting development for MM.Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (legacy to S/4HANA).Understanding of industry‑specific MM processes (e.g., retail, manufacturing, pharma).Ability to provide thought leadership in procurement or inventory strategy.International project experience or working in multi‑country SAP implementations.Good English communication skills, particularly for client‑facing roles and international projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
