Borgia Group, realtà ristorativa strutturata e dinamica situata nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di uno/a chef de partieDescrizione del ruoloLo/La Chef de Partie sarà responsabile della gestione autonoma di una partita della cucina (es. primi, secondi, antipasti), garantendo elevati standard qualitativi, organizzazione del lavoro e rispetto delle procedure aziendali.Responsabilità principali- Gestire in autonomia la propria partita assegnata- Preparare e presentare i piatti secondo gli standard del ristorante- Coordinare e supportare commis e aiuto cuochi- Garantire il rispetto delle norme HACCP e di sicurezza sul lavoro- Controllare qualità, freschezza e corretta conservazione delle materie prime- Collaborare con Sous Chef ed Executive Chef durante il servizio- Contribuire alla riduzione degli sprechi e al controllo dei costi- Mantenere ordine e pulizia della postazione di lavoroRequisiti- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Chef de Partie o simile- Formazione alberghiera o professionale in ambito culinario- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di cucina- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e in team- Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione al dettaglio- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e festiviCompetenze richieste- Organizzazione e gestione del tempo- Leadership operativa- Passione per la cucina e orientamento alla qualità- Flessibilità e spirito di collaborazioneCosa offriamo- Contratto e retribuzione commisurati all’esperienza- Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e professionale- Opportunità di crescita e formazione continuaSede- Milano centro
