Finance Analyst – Finance Director Support

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance Department in Milan and support the Finance Director in managing and improving the company’s financial performance . The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience , a strong analytical mindset , excellent communication skills in English and a good knowledge of French , together with a solid foundation in accounting and financial processes . The position will focus exclusively on the financial management of the foreign subsidiaries . Requirements : - Degree in Economics , Finance , Accounting . - Fluent English (both written and spoken) – daily communication with international stakeholders. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IAS /IFRS ). - Previous experience in the Administration department in a Financial Service s company. - Experience in an auditing firm (Big Four experience preferred) is a plus. Main Responsibilities : - Manage and coordinate all financial activities related to foreign subsidiaries. - Support in Budgeting and Forecasting activities for international entities. - Perform Cash Flow Analysis and monitor liquidity trends across subsidiaries. - Prepare and manage financial reports for corporate bodies (e.G., Board of Directors). - Collaborate with the Accounting Department on monthly closings and financial statements of foreign companies. - Contribute to the preparation of the Statutory Financial Statements and internal reporting.
