Job Title and DetailsJob Title:Clinical Application Specialist(full time) –Italy Company: ZOLL Medical Italia S.r.l. Department: International Sales Reports to: Regional Manager South Italy Job Description and Areas of ResponsibilityYou will be responsible for training patients on how to use the LifeVest wearable defibrillator. You will provide clinical information in centers through in-hospital meetings organized by the sales force. You will inform hospitals about the benefits of LifeVest, maintain contact with existing customers and provide reliable advice to new customers. You will update medical staff on the latest clinical evidence in preparation for presentations at conferences. You will support new staff members (internal or external), train them and award user certificates. You will provide administrative and organizational support to the sales force and take on substitution tasks as needed. You will provide technical assistance and replace device parts at the patient’s home if needed. You will collect discontinued materials from the patient at hospital facilities after use. Requirements and QualificationsBased in Lazio region. Fluency in Italian, and English (written and spoken) is obligatory. Assertive, respectful, team-oriented with well-developed interpersonal skills, both internally with colleagues and externally with customers and business partners. Goal-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality and persistent approach. Applicant must be prepared to travel frequently.
