Overview Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your essential duties and responsibilities will be: Delivery and commissioning of equipment. On-site interventions at customer locations in response to warranty requests. Troubleshooting and repair activities. Providing technical expertise and support. User training and 1st level maintenance for customers. Activity-related reporting (intervention reports and closure, customer feedback, etc.). Application of service bulletins. What we are looking for With a higher education qualification in maintenance/electrical, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment. Mechanics Electrical engineering Hydraulics Automation (CANbus preferred) Refrigeration / Air conditioning As a true ambassador for TLD, you demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential for this position. This position requires extensive travel, most of the time from Monday to Friday, throughout the country. We will support you by training on our products and tools. Training will take place in our European factories (France, Belgium and the UK).
