Work ScheduleShifts: Monday to Saturday, including bank holidays, between 08:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week
Salary & CompensationBase Salary: 1,024 per 14 monthsPerformance Bonus: 225 per 12 monthsPosition Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 months
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working dayTransport Allowance: 20 per monthHealth Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months️ Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal
Your RoleAs a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues, and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism.
What Youll DoSupport customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media
Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You AreFluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital toolsSkilled in communication and multitaskingResilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive attitude
